Zoe here!
This week has been a bit hectic, as it was my first week back at school after a long and relaxing summer break. It was nice seeing all of my friends again, and so far I’m happy with all of my teachers.
I’ve also been busy practicing for auditions for the musical Annie, which take place next week.
Between audition practice and the start of school, I haven’t had much as much time as I’d like to read, but I’m hoping to get back on track soon.

Awk, good luck in auditions Zoe! :D I hope you get an awesome part. And ohhh another Robin Benway novel?!? I adored Emmy & Oliver so much, so I’m absolutely dashing to goodreads for that one. (And I’m not even a huge contemporary fan. heheh) I’ve heard Rites of Passage is aaawesome so I hope you like it, and, if you do I have 1000% more reason to read it too. ;)

Sounds like you had a great week of socialising and getting back into the routine Zoe! Good luck for the role in Annie. I actually won The Thief a while back but haven’t read it yet, so keen to hear your thoughts. Thanks for sharing my post too!

Good luck with school and with Annie, fingers crossed!
Those are some nice books. I’ve had I’d Tell You for the longest time but haven’t started it yet (I read Heist Society and wasn’t a big fan, so I’m letting some time pass between these two). So I’m curious on what you think about that one.
I’m enjoying this postporn section a lot.

I always forget how different the school year is in Australia. It’s such a big chunk of time to take off. Luckily we just had regular holiday breaks when I was at school, I would never have returned otherwise. ANNIE! Zoe, you’re going to be all kinds of fabulous! I absolutely adore musical theatre an looking forward to hearing all about it <3
